AI or human fitness coaching: what to check before choosing

Choose by the kind of support you need

An AI training request can help organize a proposed programme from structured intake information. A human coach adds a person who can ask follow-up questions, interpret your feedback and take responsibility for professional advice within their qualifications. These are different kinds of support.

Start by identifying your uncertainty. If the challenge is fitting sessions into a busy week, structured planning may help. If it involves pain, a health condition or conflicting advice, professional review matters more than the speed of a generated answer.

Read the price and duration together

Fit8 training costs 200,000 toman for 30 days, meals cost 150,000 toman, and training plus meals costs 300,000 toman. The 100,000 toman meal upgrade requires an eligible active AI training plan. Human coaching uses the coach’s published tariff.

Before payment, check the chosen product, intake information and duration. A displayed price is not a confirmation that payment succeeded or a plan is active. Use the order status and payment verification in the app.

Review an AI proposal before following it

Check that the suggested exercises match your equipment and training days. Look for inconsistencies between your stated limitations and the generated plan. Do not treat a confident explanation as evidence that the proposal is safe or correct. NIST identifies plausible but incorrect generated content as a generative-AI risk.

Meal guidance needs similar scrutiny. Allergies, pregnancy, clinical nutrition needs and medication-related restrictions are reasons to involve a qualified professional. The app is not a diagnostic service.

Make changes traceable

Keep feedback attached to the relevant plan and use the revision process. A message saying “change my programme” is less useful than a specific observation about time, equipment or an exercise you could not perform. Check which revision is active before your next session.
