A weekly workout review that goes beyond the scale
Use workout completion, practical constraints and coach feedback to review your week without treating one number as the whole story.

Choose a few useful observations
A progress review needs context. Record which sessions you completed, which were shortened and why. Separate a missed session caused by travel from one caused by a plan that repeatedly does not fit your day. These details guide the next decision.
Keep observations consistent. A weekly note about available time and equipment is often easier to interpret than a collection of unrelated daily scores. Fit8’s progress and coaching screens give you a place to discuss those observations.
Compare the plan with the week
Review planned days alongside actual completion. Ask what can change in the coming week: a session time, an equipment choice or the number of days. Avoid changing everything at once, because you will lose the ability to see which adjustment helped.
Progress is individual. Do not infer a medical condition or the effectiveness of a diet from a single measurement. Seek professional advice for clinical questions.
Send an actionable coach update
Use a short structure: what you planned, what happened, what blocked you and the question you need answered. Example: “I completed two sessions, shortened the third because of work, and need a shorter alternative for Wednesdays.”
If a plan is revised, check the active version in the app. A proposal in a message is not necessarily the programme you should follow. Keep the feedback loop connected to your order and plan status.
